A&A is deeply committed to pro bono service. We provide service to individuals and organizations that could not otherwise afford legal representation, a step to build a pro bono culture in the legal profession.
We provide free legal support for the victims of offences against the women, senior citizens aged 70 or more and persons running out of financial resource.

If the organization or an individual cannot afford the legal representation or gone through gender violence, we shall support through legal counseling, filing cases, litigating at the court from the side of the victim.

Legal Advice
We provide advisory service in all type of legal matters based on client’s need and requirements. A&A also provide sound law and policy advice with authentic and reliable service in all legal concerns associated to the jurisdiction of Nepal.

Legal Representation
We represent cases at numerous courts and tribunals like the Supreme Court, High Court, District Court, labor court, administrative court, revenue tribunals, debt recovery tribunals and other quasi-judicial bodies as per nature and stages of cases

Drafting and Litigation
We prepare affidavits required to be submitted on various stages of cases. We provide Conveyance drafting service in relation to sales deed, contract and household transactions. We provide litigation service as requirement of client issues and legal ambit.

Legal Consultancy
Our legal consultancy service is based on cases basis or monthly retention as nature of the issue and need of clients. Scope of consultancy service is focused on (but not limited) public procurement, corporate practice, commercial projects, investments etc.

Legal Research
We offer legal research services to both individual and institutional clients in corporate and socio-legal areas. Our research service reflects high degree of academic and practical excellence with problem solving approach. Our research service can be collaborated with other governmental and nongovernmental institutions as per need of expertise and joint effort.

Pro bono
Financial shortcoming is not a constraint for access to justice.
