Subash Acharya

Founder/Senior Partner

Dr. Subash Acharya is an Advocate and a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association. He is also the Principal of Global School of Law (GSL). He holds a PhD from Tribhuvan University on Judicial Limitations on the Interpretation of Criminal Statutes, an LLM in Criminal Law (Gold Medal), and an MA in English. He has served as a faculty member at RR Campus, National Law College, and Nepal Law Campus. Dr. Acharya is the author of Criminal Law: Principles and Practices (2024) and Textbook on Criminal Law (2017), along with philosophical works such as Critical Theories since Plato (2009) and An Approach to Postmodernity (2007).

He has published several research articles and contributed as an Expert Consultant to the Department of Money Laundering Investigation, the Nepal Army, and the Nepal Police (NPWF). With a specialization in criminal law, he has been honored with the Prawal Janasewa Shree (2019), Nepal Bidhya Bhusan Padak ‘Kha’ (2018), and Best Legal English Writing Award (2017).
